Your answers are used to interpret your situation and write your AI Readiness Compendium. An AI-enabled service provider processes those answers to draft the report. We do not use your answers for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.
1. Who we are
ReadyCheckGo.ai and the AI Readiness Assessment are operated by Chic Geek Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”). This notice covers the assessment, checkout, report delivery and assessment support. It supplements the Chic Geek Enterprises Privacy Policy; where the two differ for the assessment, this notice applies.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email address, phone number, and your preferred method of contact | Yes. The form requires all four. Your email is what we use to deliver the report |
| Business context | What best describes you, your primary business focus, and your current monthly revenue range | Yes, with a “prefer not to say” option on revenue |
| Current AI use | How you describe your AI usage today, and which categories of tool you have used | Yes |
| Free-text answers | Other tools you name, your biggest frustration in your own words, your goals in your own words, and any task or process you choose to describe | Optional, but they determine how much of your report arrives already drafted |
| Capacity answers | Weekly time available for learning, what would stop you going further, and your 90-day picture | Yes |
| Transaction and code status | Order number, amount, payment status, whether an access code was applied | Yes, for checkout. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we don’t receive full card numbers |
| Technical logs | Device and browser type, IP address, timestamps, error logs | Collected automatically for security and troubleshooting |
| Support correspondence | Messages you send us and our replies | Only if you contact support |
Please don’t submit passwords, login credentials, payment details outside checkout, regulated records (such as health or financial account records), the personal data of your clients or participants, or confidential information you don’t need to share. You can describe a process fully without putting the records it touches into a free-text box.
3. How we use it
- Interpret your answers and write your AI Readiness Compendium
- Deliver the report to the email address you provide
- Administer checkout and member access codes
- Prevent fraud, misuse and duplicate redemption
- Provide support, and handle correction or deletion requests
- Keep the service secure and working
- Improve the assessment using aggregated or de-identified results that don’t identify you
4. AI-enabled processing
Your answers are sent to an AI-enabled service provider, which interprets them and drafts the written content of your report. The structure of the report — its six sections, its five brief fields, and the rules about separating what you reported from what is being suggested — is fixed by us. The wording is generated.
How that provider may use the data it receives is governed by that provider’s own terms, which vary by service level. We are not in a position to make a blanket promise on this provider’s behalf in this notice. This is also why we ask you, more than once, not to submit confidential information, client records or anything regulated. Describe your process; leave the records out.
The report is an automated, directional document. It does not make legal, financial or employment decisions about you. If you think something in it is wrong, see Your requests — we correct and reissue at no charge.
5. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the assessment, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Website, form and customer-management platform (hosts the assessment and stores responses)
- Payment processor (handles checkout and card data)
- AI model provider (interprets your answers and drafts the report)
- Email delivery service (sends your report, receipt and support replies; reports are delivered through Clarity Cohort)
We don’t sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or business.
6. Marketing is separate
Receiving your report never requires marketing consent. Marketing emails, texts or calls are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time using the link in any message or through support. Your preferred method of contact is used to answer you about your order, not as marketing consent.
7. Retention
| Category | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Assessment responses and report | 24 months after completion, then deleted or de-identified |
| Contact details | 24 months after your last assessment or support request, unless you opted in to marketing |
| Transaction records | As long as tax and accounting law requires |
| Support correspondence | 24 months after the request is closed |
| Technical logs | According to our providers’ standard security log cycles |
These periods describe the systems we control. Our service providers retain data according to their own schedules, which we don’t set.
8. Access, correction, deletion and objection
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the assessment information we hold about you, or object to a particular use. Get Assessment Support and choose “Privacy or deletion request.” We’ll confirm the request came from the email address on the order before acting, and we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as transaction records.
If the issue is the content of your report rather than the data behind it, use the correction route instead: we correct and reissue at no charge. See how corrections work.
9. Where data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the assessment from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred there.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No online service is perfectly secure, which is one reason we ask you not to submit sensitive information the assessment doesn’t need.
11. Age eligibility
The assessment is for business owners and operators aged 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Contact and changes
Questions about this notice: contact ReadyCheckGo support. If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we’ll update the version and effective date above.
