How to get the most useful report
Tell us what you want AI to help with, what you have tried, and what feels difficult. In the “Other” fields, include a specific task and non-sensitive notes when you have them. More concrete context can support a more useful starting draft.
- Name the task. “Organising workshop registrations” gives us more to work with than “admin.”
- Include the steps if you know them. If you list how you do something today, your report can draft it back to you as a checklist you review and correct.
- Say what you actually have access to. Which tools you use now, which you’ve stopped using, and what you haven’t assessed yet.
- A broad goal is fine too. You’ll receive a focused starting exercise instead of a finished draft.
Before you begin: how your information is used
Your answers are used to interpret your situation, generate and deliver your AI Readiness Compendium, administer checkout or member access, prevent misuse, and provide support. AI-enabled service providers process your responses on our behalf. Marketing is a separate, optional choice and is never required to receive your report.
- The form collects your name, email and phone number, and asks your preferred method of contact. Your email is what we use to deliver the report.
- Marketing messages are a separate, optional choice. Saying no never affects your assessment or report.
- Please don’t enter passwords, login credentials, regulated data (such as health or financial account records), client names, or confidential information you don’t need to share. Describe your process without the personal records inside it.
- Read the Assessment Privacy Notice, the Assessment Terms, and how your report is created before you begin.
After you finish: Your AI Readiness Compendium is emailed to the address you provide within 24 hours of completing the assessment and checkout, delivered through Clarity Cohort. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then Get Assessment Support with your order number.
