AI Readiness Assessment Terms

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Chic Geek Enterprises LLC, which operates ReadyCheckGo.ai. By completing checkout for the AI Readiness Assessment (the “Assessment”), you agree to them. They supplement the Chic Geek Enterprises Terms and Conditions; where the two differ for the Assessment, these terms apply. Our Assessment Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information.

2. Purchase and price

• The public price is $47 one time, charged at checkout after you complete the questions.
• Each completed order includes one Assessment and one AI Readiness Compendium (the “report”).
• No membership or further purchase is required. Buying the report does not include MultiMissionaire™ membership or access. Any next step named in your report is optional and sold separately, if at all.

3. Member access codes

• Eligible MultiMissionaire™ members receive an assessment access code during activation and apply it at checkout.
• Each code is for one Assessment, can be used once, and may not be transferred, shared, sold or published.
• The discount a code applies, and when it expires, are set in your MultiMissionaire activation and governed by the MultiMissionaire Terms.
• Codes are validated when you apply them at checkout. An invalid, expired or already-used code won’t apply; you can still buy the public Assessment.
• Checkout shows the product, subtotal, any discount and the final total before you confirm. A code may not reduce the total to $0 in every case; the amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
• We may cancel codes that appear to have been shared, resold or misused.

4. Starting and finishing the Assessment

• An Assessment is started when you submit your first answer.
• You pay only at checkout, after the questions. If you leave before checkout, you aren’t charged and no report is produced. Responses from abandoned assessments are handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
• Please complete the Assessment once per order. If a duplicate order is placed by mistake, contact support and we’ll refund the duplicate.

5. Delivery

• Your report is emailed to the address you provide within 24 hours of completing the Assessment and checkout.
• Reports are delivered through Clarity Cohort, the sending service we use. That is the sender name to look for.
• If it doesn’t arrive, check spam and promotions folders, then contact support with your order number. We’ll resend it or fix the delivery problem.
• You’re responsible for giving us a working email address.

6. What you receive

Your report has six sections: Your Next Move; What Your Answers Show; Your Best Starting Opportunity; One Useful First Move; Before You Expand; and Support, Only If Useful. Section four contains an AI Next-Step Brief with five fields: Goal and evidence; Suggested focus; Today’s working draft; Two review checks; Open question.

How much arrives already drafted depends on the detail you supply. If you name a specific output and supply the material it needs, the report drafts that output for your review. If your goal is broad, the report supplies a partially completed starting statement and one specific question instead. Both outcomes satisfy this agreement; neither is a defect. How your report is created explains the difference.

The report contains no readiness score, rating, band or certification. It does not evaluate or grade your business.

7. Corrections

Tell us and we’ll fix it. We will correct and reissue your report at no charge if it:

• misreads an answer you gave, or attributes to you something you did not say;
• omits an output you explicitly asked for and supplied the material for;
• supplies a working draft that is unusable for the focus it recommends; or
• shows incorrect account information, such as your name, email address or business name.

Contact support with your order number and tell us what’s wrong; you don’t need to resend your answers. Interpretations reflect the answers you submitted, so they change when we have misread them or when something you asked for was left out — not because you would have preferred a different recommendation.

8. Refunds

• Full refund if your report isn’t delivered and we can’t resolve the delivery problem after you contact support.
• Full refund for duplicate or mistaken charges.
• No refund once your report has been delivered, because it is a digital product delivered in full. Where a delivered report is materially wrong, the remedy is correction and reissue at no charge, as described in section 7.
• This doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law.
• To request a refund, contact support with your order number.

9. What the report is, and isn’t

The report interprets the information you provide, at one point in time. It is not a certification of AI readiness, a score or rating, a professional audit (legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity or financial), legal or professional advice, a complete strategy, an implementation plan, or vendor selection. It does not inspect your systems, test your data, or verify implementation readiness. We don’t guarantee any savings, productivity, revenue, adoption or other outcome. How the report is produced is described in How Your Report Is Created.

10. Your responsibilities

• Answer accurately, based on how your business runs today.
• Only submit information you’re authorized to share.
• Don’t submit passwords, login credentials, payment details outside checkout, regulated records, client or participant personal data, or confidential information the Assessment doesn’t need. Describe a process without the personal records inside it.
• Review the wording you receive before relying on it, and decide for yourself — and with your own advisors where appropriate — what to do with it.

11. Intellectual property and permitted use

Two different things arrive in one email, and they are treated differently.

The report itself

You may use your report for your own personal and internal business purposes, and share it with your own advisors or team. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the report as a product, or use it, the questions or the method to create a competing product. Chic Geek Enterprises LLC keeps all rights in the Assessment, its questions, its method, its prompts, its templates and its branding.

The draft the report writes for you

The working draft is yours. Where your report drafts something from the material you supplied — a checklist, a recap, a procedure, a message, a starting statement — you own that draft and may adapt it, build on it, and use it in your business. That includes sending it, or a version of it, to the participants, clients or colleagues it was written for. No attribution to ReadyCheckGo.ai is required, and the restriction above on redistributing the report does not restrict your use of your own draft.

You are responsible for reviewing a draft before you send or rely on it. It is generated from your answers and has not been checked by us for accuracy about your business.

12. Third-party processors and checkout

The Assessment is hosted, paid for and delivered through third-party providers, including a form and customer-management platform, a payment processor, AI model providers and email delivery services. Payments are subject to the payment processor’s terms. We aren’t responsible for outages or errors caused by those providers, but we’ll help resolve any issue that affects your order.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Assessment and report are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid for the Assessment. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including decisions you make based on the report or on a draft it produced. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Chic Geek Enterprises Terms and Conditions.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you completed checkout. Questions: contact ReadyCheckGo support.
